Jaxson Dart threw for a career-high 448 yards and three touchdowns, and ninth-ranked Mississippi rallied from a 10-point deficit Saturday in routing Vanderbilt 52-28 for its first 6-0 start since 2014. The Rebels (6-0, 2-0 Southeastern Conference) won their fourth straight in the series after trailing 20-10 in the second quarter. Quinshon Judkins ran for the first of his two TDs just before halftime, then the Rebels added three more in the third quarter as part of 35 straight points. Senior Jonathan Mingo caught nine passes for a career-high and national season-high 247 yards and two TDs, the last a short pass he caught at the line of scrimmage and took 71 yards to the end zone. The Rebels padded the lead with a 1-yard TD run by Matt Jones with 18 seconds left for the final margin.

Vanderbilt (3-3, 0-2) lost its 23rd consecutive SEC game and 10th straight for second-year coach Clark Lea. The Commodores scored 13 straight points to go up 20-10 before being shut out after halftime. De'Rickey Wright intercepted two passes for Vandy. Lea went for the touchdown instead of a field goal on fourth-and-3 at the Ole Miss 5, and Ray Davis capped Vanderbilt's longest drive this season with a 5-yard TD run up the middle with 1:32 left in the first half. The Commodores ran 15 plays and chewed 8:54 off the clock for a 20-10 lead. Then Dart hit Mingo with a 48-yard pass down to the Vandy 3, and Quinshon Judkins scored two plays later from 2 yards out to pull Ole Miss within 20-17 at halftime. Ole Miss simply dominated the third quarter, outgaining Vandy 217-31 on offense and outscoring them 21-0. - Mississippi/AP College Football

Jaden Nixon returned the second-half kickoff 98 yards for a touchdown, and ninth-ranked Oklahoma State beat No. 16 Baylor 36-25 on Saturday in a rematch of last year's Big 12 championship game. Nixon's return started a flurry of 39 combined points in the third quarter. He found an open gap in the middle of the field and then broke free from the grasp of Devyn Bobby at the Oklahoma State 35. Oklahoma State quarterback Spencer Sanders continued his outstanding play. He finished 20-of-29 passing for 181 yards with a touchdown and an interception and ran 14 times for 75 yards. The Cowboys (4-0, 1-0 Big 12) also beat Baylor in the regular season last year, but came up inches short of their first conference title since 2011 when the Bears made a fourth-down stop just short of the end zone in the final seconds of the championship game.

After Nixon's return, Baylor (3-2, 1-1 Big 12) responded with Blake Shapen's 49-yard TD pass to Monaray Baldwin, who added a 70-yard catch-and-run score later in the third. True freshman Richard Reese had a 1-yard TD run on a short drive set up when Christian Morgan intercepted Sanders. Another long kickoff return for Oklahoma State, with Brennan Presley taking it to midfield after Reese scored, was followed immediately by Braydon Johnson's incredible 49-yard catch and then Dominic Richardson's 1-yard run. The Cowboys added a 19-yard field goal after Shapen's fourth-down incompletion from the Baylor 33 gave Oklahoma State the short field. Sanders threw seven picks in his two games against Baylor last season, including four in the Big 12 title game, but he was more efficient this time. Shapen completed 28 of 40 passes for 345 yards and Baldwin caught seven passes for 174 yards. Reese had 85 yards and a score on 17 carries. Six of the true freshman's TDs have come in Baylor's three home games. - Oklahoma State/AP College Football

South Alabama got a punt return touchdown from Caullin Lacy, Yam Banks added a pick-6 and a fumble recovery, and the Jaguars defeated Louisiana Tech 38-14 on Saturday. Lacy's 57-yard dash from the right sideline to the left corner of the end zone gave South Alabama a 14-0 lead in the first quarter. The South Alabama led 17-7 at halftime, then the Jaguars scored two touchdowns on the first eight plays of the second half.

First, Banks intercepted a Parker McNeil pass and returned it 24 yards for a score on the second play of the third quarter. Then Banks recovered a fumble on La Tech's third play of the ensuing possession, setting up Lacy's 19-yard touchdown catch on third down. Carter Bradley completed 14 of 21 passes for 178 yards with three touchdowns for South Alabama (3-1). La'Damian Webb had 75 yards rushing. McNeil was 19-of-34 passing for 251 yards and threw four interceptions. Louisiana Tech (1-3) had five turnovers in all. - South Alabama/AP College Football

Jaxson Dart and Quinshon Judkins accounted for four touchdowns in the second quarter as No. 16 Mississippi rallied from an early deficit to beat Tulsa 35-27 on Saturday. Ole Miss (4-0) trailed for the first time this season, 14-7 before the decisive 28-point outburst. Dart threw 31-yard touchdown passes to Malik Heath and Jonathan Mingo, and Judkins had scoring runs of 1 and 4 yards to complete the rally and build a 35-14 cushion.

Dart directed consecutive scoring drives of 75, 64, 93 and 46 yards in the quarter and finished 13 of 24 passing with 154 yards, adding 116 yards rushing on 13 carries. The Rebels had 462 yards of total offense, highlighted by 140 yards rushing on 27 carries by Judkins. Tulsa (2-2) was led by Davis Brin, throwing for a 20-yard touchdown pass to Isaiah Epps and adding a 1-yard touchdown run. Brin was 7 of 13 passing for 112 yards before exiting with an injury in the second quarter. However, he remained on the sideline in uniform in the second half. Braylon Braxton replaced Brin to finish 9 of 22 passing for 83 yards, including a 17-yard touchdown pass to Epps to pull Tulsa to 35-27 in the fourth quarter. The Golden Hurricane, despite 457 yards of total offense, did not cross midfield on their final three possessions. - Mississippi/AP College Football

Spencer Sanders threw four touchdown passes in just over one quarter of action, and No. 8 Oklahoma State rolled past Arkansas-Pine Bluff 63-7 on Saturday. Sanders matched his career high for touchdown passes in a game in the game's first 16 minutes. He completed 13 of 16 passes for 242 yards for the Cowboys (3-0) in their final nonconference game before entering Big 12 play.

Braydon Johnson caught two touchdown passes, making him one of five Oklahoma State players to catch at least one. The Cowboys gained 538 total yards. Skyler Perry threw a 15-yard scoring pass to Raequan Prince for Pine Bluff's only touchdown. The Golden Lions (2-1), an FCS program, managed just 13 first downs. Oklahoma State returned a blocked punt and a blocked field goal for touchdowns in the first half to take a 49-7 lead at the break. It was the first time in school history that Oklahoma State returned multiple blocked kicks for touchdowns. - Oklahoma State/AP College Football

No. 20 Ole Miss shrugged off its uncertainty at quarterback by running right through Georgia Tech, with Zach Evans and Quinshon Judkins leading a 316-yard pummeling on the ground that carried the Rebels to a 42-0 victory Saturday. Jaxson Dart returned as the starting quarterback after Luke Altmyer got the nod the previous week. It really didn't matter who was taking the snaps. Not the way Ole Miss (3-0) was running the ball. The game plan was apparent from the very first possession. On third-and-7 from the Georgia Tech 17, Judkins ran for the first down. The freshman then rumbled to the end zone on third-and-goal from the 7.

Ole Miss ran for all six of its touchdowns, averaging 5.1 yards on a staggering 62 carries. Evans had scoring runs of 3 and 26 yards while rushing for 134 yards. Judkins gained 98 yards and also scored twice. Ulysses Bentley added two more TD runs as the Rebels really poured it on the third quarter, doubling their 21-0 halftime lead. The Ole Miss defense wasn't too shabby, either. The Rebels held Georgia Tech to 214 yards total offense while sacking Jeff Sims seven times. They have allowed just 13 points on the season, albeit against less-than-stellar opposition. Dart completed 10 of 16 passes for 207 yards with an interception, doing some of his best work on the ground. He rushed for 40 yards and pretty much delivered the exclamation point to this beatdown by lowering his shoulder to send safety Jaylon King flying at the end of a run late in the third. - Mississippi/AP College Football

With Miami running back Jaylan Knighton coming off injury, there's not a full read yet on who the Canes most trust at running back. But it likely will be - and should be - Henry Parrish, who has a 5.9 rushing average on 35 carries after averaging 5.1 in two years at Mississippi. Knighton averaged 3.4 yards on five carries in his first game back on Saturday, after averaging just 3.9 in his first two college seasons. Parrish, throughout his career, has been consistently better than Knighton in generating yards after contact. Parrish played 49 snaps, Thad Franklin 22 and Knighton 12. - Miami Herald

Spencer Sanders passed for two touchdowns and ran for another, and No. 11 Oklahoma State defeated Arizona State 34-17 on a rainy Saturday night. Sanders passed for 268 yards and ran for 54, and Dominic Richardson ran for 131 yards and a touchdown and caught five passes for 44 yards for the Cowboys (2-0). Emory Jones passed for 223 yards and a touchdown and Xazavian Valladay rushed for 118 yards and a score for Arizona State (1-1). In the second quarter, Oklahoma State's Brock Martin's hit Valladay hard and forced a fumble, Tyler Lacy recovered and the Cowboys took over at the Arizona State 37. Oklahoma State took advantage, and Richardson's 3-yard touchdown run gave the Cowboys a 7-3 lead.

Later in the quarter, Sanders kept on the option for a 6-yard touchdown run to put Oklahoma State up 14-3 with just under three minutes left before halftime. His score capped an 11-play, 96-yard drive. The Cowboys tacked on a field goal to lead 17-3 at the break. Valladay's 1-yard touchdown run, which came shortly after a 73-yard reception by Giovanni Sanders, cut Oklahoma State's lead to 17-10. After an Oklahoma State field goal, Jones connected with Elijhah Badger for a 21-yard touchdown that pulled Arizona State to 20-17 with 14:25 to play. The Cowboys responded with trickery as Sanders found Bryson Green wide open on a flea-flicker, and the 31-yard score put Oklahoma State in control for good. - Oklahoma State/AP College Football

Henry Parrish rushed for 108 yards and three touchdowns, Tyler Van Dyke passed for two more scores and No. 16 Miami downed Bethune-Cookman 70-13 in Mario Cristobal's debut as coach of the Hurricanes on Saturday. Miami finished with seven rushing touchdowns. Thaddeus Franklin rushed for two scores, while Devon Perry and Terrell Walden II also ran for touchdowns for the Hurricanes (1-0). Gilbert Frierson had an interception return for a score, while Xavier Restrepo and Michael Redding III caught the TD passes from Van Dyke - who completed 13 of 16 passes for 193 yards. Jake Garcia completed all eight of his passes for the Hurricanes.

For Bethune-Cookman (0-1), Que'Shawn Byrd caught a 34-yard touchdown pass from Jalon Jones. It was Cristobal's 12th season-opener at Miami - he had five as a player, including his redshirt year, then three as a graduate assistant and three more as a full-fledged assistant. But this was the first, of what Miami expects to be many, with him in charge of the operation. There was much to like: Van Dyke's passes were crisp, Parrish stepped up to lead an injury-depleted running back corps, Frierson had the return touchdown, Key'Shawn Smith had three kickoff returns for 184 yards - barely stepping out 17 yards from the end zone on what would have been a return score - and the Hurricanes blocked a field goal. - Miami/AP College Football

Oklahoma State coach Mike Gundy deflected credit when he reached a career milestone. Spencer Sanders passed for a career-high 406 yards and accounted for six touchdowns and No. 12 Oklahoma State beat Central Michigan 58-44 on Thursday night to give Gundy his 150th coaching victory. Gundy improved to 150-69 in his 18th season coaching his alma mater. "Cool deal," he said. "Like I told the team, it takes a lot of really, really quality people and good young men for a guy to stay in one place long enough to win 150 games. I'm just lucky enough to be along for the ride." Sanders matched a career high with four touchdown passes and set a career mark with two rushing scores in the opener for both teams. "Knock on wood, he's really good," Gundy said. "He understands our concepts. He understands second nature where to go with the ball. And it's a big advantage for us." Braydon Johnson had career highs of six catches for 133 yards and Brennan Presley added five catches for 83 yards.

Daniel Richardson passed for a career-high 424 yards and threw four touchdown passes for Central Michigan. Lew Nichols III, the nation's leading rusher last year, ran for 72 yards and two touchdowns on 26 carries. Sanders passed for 313 yards and three touchdowns in the first half and ran for two more scores to help the Cowboys take a 44-15 lead. The Cowboys led 51-15 less than a minute into the third quarter before Central Michigan climbed back into the game. Jalen McGaughy's 54-yard touchdown pass from Richardson cut it to 58-44 with 3:15 remaining. McGaughy had six catches for 126 yards and two scores. - AP College Football
