  Safety Reggie Pearson's time with the University of Wisconsin football team is over. Pearson entered the transfer portal Tuesday, becoming the sixth Badger to transfer this offseason. A UW official confirmed Pearson's decision. Pearson wasn't medically cleared to play in the shortened 2020 season and wasn't on the team's roster. Pearson said in a statement released Tuesday that he's been cleared by two outside professionals. - Wisconsin State Journal

  Eric Gray, Tennessee football's top offensive threat in 2020, has entered the transfer portal. Gray posted 1,026 total yards in nine games in 2020 - 772 rushing yards and 254 receiving yards. He is the fourth Vol to enter the portal since Jeremy Pruitt was fired Monday. Gray was unavailable to play against Texas A&M.   Wanya Morris, a former five-star offensive tackle recruit and two-year starter at Tennessee, is coming to Oklahoma. Morris, who's listed at 6-foot-5 and and 320 pounds, announced he will be transferring to OU following his sophomore season in Knoxville, Tennessee. Morris provides the Sooners' offensive line, which loses starters Creed Humphrey and Adrian Ealy from 2020's squad, with a proven commodity at tackle. He is likely to challenge returning starter Erik Swenson and key freshman reserve Anton Harrison for a starting position in 2021. Morris was also considering Texas A&M and Southern Cal before ultimately picking OU. - Norman Transcript

  One of the two five-star prospects to sign with Tennessee football during Jeremy Pruitt's tenure is looking to transfer. Offensive tackle Wanya Morris entered the NCAA transfer portal on Wednesday. He is the 10th scholarship Vol to enter the portal since Dec. 1 and the biggest hit to Tennessee's roster yet. Morris was the No. 28 prospect and No. 6 offensive tackle nationally in the 247Sports Composite for the 2019 class out of Grayson (Georgia) High School. Darnell Wright, the No. 10 prospect in 2019, is only higher-ranked prospect to sign with the Vols under Pruitt's watch. The 6-foot-5, 320-pound Morris played in 22 games with 19 starts in two seasons. Morris played in all 13 games and started 12 at left tackle as a freshman in 2019.   Nik Bonitto has some unfinished business, he said. The Oklahoma outside linebacker will return for another season in Norman, announcing his decision Monday morning. Bonitto, a second-team Associated Press All-America selection, could have declared for the 2021 NFL Draft.   Oklahoma's defensive front will be without one of its most dynamic players next season. OU junior defensive end Ronnie Perkins is headed to the NFL, announcing his decision via his Twitter account Saturday afternoon. Perkins ends his OU career with 32.0 tackles for loss and 16.5 sacks over 33 appearances. He was a part of three consecutive Big 12 championships, two College Football Playoff semifinals and a Cotton Bowl Classic victory over Florida. Perkins, along with Rhamondre Stevenson and Trejan Bridges, was suspended for OU's College Football Playoff semifinal clash with LSU, reportedly due to a failed drug test. - Norman Transcript

  Following two seasons in Norman, Rhamondre Stevenson will take his talents to the NFL. The Las Vegas native, who rushed for 665 yards and seven TDs in six games this past season, announced his intention to declare for the 2021 NFL Draft in a tweet posted on Thursday.   Redmond, who led OU with 6.5 sacks in 2019, will be back for the team's 2021 campaign. Redmond opted out of the 2020 season but practiced with OU ahead of the Cotton Bowl and assisted with the Sooners' scout team.   Running back Kennedy Brooks and defensive lineman Jalen Redmond figured to be big pieces for the Sooners this season before each decided to opt out. Sooners coach Lincoln Riley, who declined to discuss players who had opted out during the season, said Friday that both would return for 2021. Brooks didn't rejoin the team at any point but Riley said he came to the facility several times during the season. Brooks' return would be a big boost for the running game, which could take a significant hit if Rhamondre Stevenson, especially after his 186-yard rushing performance in the Cotton Bowl, decides to make the jump to the NFL. Brooks had back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons the two previous years, averaging 7.5 yards per carry with 18 touchdowns. - Daily Oklahoman

The former three-star recruit, who chose OU over the likes of Notre Dame, Tennessee and Louisville, is one of 28 Sooners to finish a season with five or more picks.   Sooner center Creed Humphrey will cut his Oklahoma career a year short and enter the 2021 NFL Draft. Humphrey announced he will forego his senior season one day after the Sooners' 55-20 victory over Florida in the Cotton Bowl Classic. "Playing at the University of Oklahoma these past four years has been everything I hoped for and more," Humphrey said in a statement posted to his Twitter account. "Winning four straight Big 12 championships, a Joe Moore Award, and being the Big 12 offensive lineman of the year twice...After talking with my coaches and family, I have decided that it is time for me to begin the next chapter of my life."
