  Joe Mancuso threw for 188 yards and a touchdown and Richmond beat William & Mary 20-17 on Saturday. It's the first time since 1988, Richmond has the overall lead 64-63-5 in the 132-game series. Mancuso' 47-yard scoring pass to Jasiah Williams with 10:07 left made it 20-10. Darius Wilson threw a 9-yard touchdown pass to Zach Burdick with 2:33 left to reduce the Tribe's deficit to three. William & Mary got the ball back after Richmond turned it over on downs but barely made it past midfield and time expired.

Richmond (6-5, 4-4 Colonial Athletic Association) ended the regular season with a four-game win streak, the second-longest active streak in the CAA, behind only James Madison's six-straight wins. Redshirt sophomore linebacker Tristan Wheeler finished with a game-high 14 tackles in the win. Wheeler finishes the season leading the team with 114 tackles, marking his second-straight full season with over 100 tackles and leading the CAA in the regular season in tackles.   Joe Mancusco threw for three touchdowns and ran for two more to lead Richmond to a 51-27 win over Delaware on Saturday. Mancusco was 13-of-21 passing for 179 yards and kept the ball 14 times for 116 yards. Mancuso opened the scoring with a 5-yard TD run and his 14-yard connection with Leroy Henley late in the second quarter put the Spiders (5-5, 3-4 Colonial Athletic Association) up 24-14 at halftime. He scored on a 2-yard run following an interception in the third quarter and on Delaware's next possession Kobie Turner returned a fumble 17 yards for a score to make it 37-21. Mancuso had a 20-yard scoring pass to Connor Deveney and a 13-yarder to Jasiah Williams in the fourth quarter. Zach Gwynn threw for 331 yards and two touchdowns for the Blue Hens (5-5, 3-4), but he was intercepted twice.   Joe Mancuso threw two scores and Aaron Dykes and Savon Smith each ran for a touchdown and Richmond squashed Lehigh 31-3 on Saturday. The Spiders scored four times in the second quarter. Mancuso sandwiched passing scores of 7 and 4 yards to Dykes and Leroy Henley respectively around 2-yard scoring runs by Smith and Dykes for a 28-3 lead at halftime. Mancuso threw for 131 yards, Smith ran for 74 yards and Dykes 71. The Spiders' defense limited Lehigh quarterbacks Cross Wilkinson and Alec Beesmer to 78 and 28 yards respectively and each threw an interception. Richmond (2-0) outgained Lehigh 390-264 in total yardage and limited the Mountain Hawks (0-2) to 3 for 11 on third-down conversions.   Joe Mancuso threw two touchdown passes to Keyston Fuller and ran for two scores and Richmond beat Stony Brook 30-10 on Saturday. Mancuso's 10-yard TD run put the Spiders up 6-3 and the redshirt junior hit Fuller on a 40-yard bomb on the next possession. Richmond led 20-10 at halftime after Mancuso's 3-yard TD pass to Fuller. Mancuso, 23 of 30 for 318 yards passing with an interception, extended the lead to 17 when he ran 6 yards untouched into the end zone in the third quarter. Jake Larson added a 31-yard field goal.

Charlie Fessler caught a career-high 11 passes for 147 yards for the Spiders (5-4, 4-1 Colonial Athletic Association), who outgained the Seawolves 470-288 in total yards and held them to 72 yards rushing. The Seawolves (5-4, 2-3) scored on Tyquell Fields's second-quarter 57-yard pass to Delante Hellams Jr. Synceir Malone's interception of a Mancuso pass in the first quarter led to Nick Courtney's 26-yard field goal for a 3-0 Stony Brook lead. Gavin Heslop blocked a fourth-quarter field-goal attempt, but the Seawolves were unable to cash in and were stopped on downs on their final drive. - AP College Football

  Aaron Dykes ran back two kickoff returns for touchdowns - the first time that has happened in Richmond history - and the Spiders knocked off Delaware 35-25 on Saturday. Joe Mancuso rushed for two first-quarter touchdowns to put Richmond (4-4, 3-1 Colonial Athletic Association) up 14-0 and added an insurance touchdown with a 63-yard pass to Keyston Fuller for the game's final points late in the third quarter.

Dykes gathered in a kick at the goal line, broke a couple tackles and raced for the score and a 21-7 lead in the first quarter. He was untouched on an 88-yard return in the second quarter for a 28-10 halftime lead. Pat Kehoe passed 14 yards to Bryce De Maille to get the Blue Hens (4-4, 2-2), ranked 19th in the FCS coaches poll, to within 28-25 with 7:45 left in the third quarter. Mancuso finished with 280 yards passing and 95 on the ground with Fuller making eight catches for 161 yards. Will Knight had 101 yards rushing for Delaware. - AP College Football

  Joe Mancuso ran for two touchdowns and his 66-yard scoring pass to Keyston Fuller gave Richmond the lead for good in a 24-17 win over Maine on Saturday. The Black Bears led 10-7 at halftime to set up the decisive third quarter. Mancuso's 1-yard TD plunge capped a 7-play, 79-yard drive with 6:22 left in the third. As the quarter drew to a close, Maine regained the lead when Joe Fagnano threw an 87-yard TD pass to Andre Miller. Richmond (3-3, 1-1 Colonial Athletic Association) pinned Maine at its own 1-yard line after a 68-yard punt by Jake Larson. Maine's four-play, 99-yard drive took a little more than two minutes. Following a short kickoff that Aaron Dykes returned 15 yards to Richmond's 34-yard line, Mancuso connected with Fuller for a 21-17 advantage with 30 seconds left in the third. Fuller finished 127 yards on three receptions. Miller tallied 115 yards in receiving yards with four receptions for Maine (2-4, 0-3). - AP College Football

  Joe Mancuso passed for 131 yards and rushed for a career-high 77 more including two short touchdown runs as Richmond defeated Jacksonville 38-19 in Thursday night's season opener. Mancuso opened the scoring with a 4-yard run in the opening quarter and capped the Spiders' scoring with a run from the 3 in the final seconds of the third quarter. The Spiders have won 14 straight home openers since 2005.

Mancuso guided a Richmond offense that amassed 476 total yards - including 320 on the ground and 156 passing. Maurice Jackson scored a 56-yrd TD off a fumble when Colby Ritten sacked Jacksonville's Calvin Turner Jr. Aaron Dykes and Milan Howard also scored rushing TDs for Richmond. The Dolphins Craige Saxton threw one pass, a 71-yard touchdown to Jordan Younge-Humphrey. Turner completed four of eight passes for 65 yards, and rushed for 32 more with a TD. - AP College Football
