  Draft Scout by Conference

Former Boise State defensive end Robert Cooper wasn't in the transfer portal long. The former three-star recruit announced last Friday that he was transferring. On Wednesday, he announced on Twitter that he's verbally committed to Eastern Washington. The 6-foot-5, 250-pound native of Spanaway, Washington, is heading closer to home. Eastern Washington's campus in Cheney is about a 4.5-hour drive from his hometown. The Eagles finished last season ranked in the top 10 in the FCS ranks, and they fell to North Dakota State in the first round of the playoffs. - Idaho Statesman
