  2019 AFCA DIVISION III COACHES' FIRST TEAM ALL-AMERICAN: OL Zach Smith, Sr., Hope (Mich.),...Hope tied the school records for wins in a season, earned the fifth NCAA Division III playoff appearance in school history and captured the 21st Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association championship in school history with a 7-0 league record. The 5-10, 264-pound Smith anchored the blocking for the MIAA's top scoring offense at 46.0 points per game and second-ranked total offense at 439.7 yards per game. Smith also concluded his playing career as a two-time, All-MIAA First Team offensive lineman. - Hope Football
