2019 ALL-PIONEER FOOTBALL LEAGUE FIRST TEAM (COACHES): LB Colby Duncan, Stetson,...Being mentioned in the same sentence as former All-American, and three-time Pioneer Football League Defensive Player of the Year, Donald Payne is something all future Hatters defenders will aspire to, but there is now a second name for the next generation of Hatters to emulate on the defensive side of the ball.
