  NOV 4 RMAC OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Running back Michael Zeman of Colorado School of Mines has been named RMAC Offensive Player of the Week. He set the Colorado School of Mines single-game records for rushing yardage and all-purpose yardage, going off for 321 yards and a record-tying four touchdowns on the ground, and catching two passes for 65 yards to total 386 all-purpose yards. Zeman produced the #1 rushing and #1 all-purpose yardage game in NCAA Division II this season, surpassing his own total of 298 yards from last week's game at Azusa Pacific. He became the fourth player in program history to rush for four touchdowns in a single game. Zeman averaged 9.2 yards per carry, and he scored two of his four TDs in a fourth quarter that saw South Dakota Mines draw within two scores. His 321 rushing yards are #7 all-time in RMAC history and the most in a game since 2015. - Rocky Mountain Football

  OCT 28 RMAC OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Running back Michael Zeman of Colorado School of Mines has been named RMAC Offensive Player of the Week. He torched Azusa Pacific for a career-high 298 yards and three touchdowns as No. 9 Colorado School of Mines won 49-27. Zeman averaged 13 yards per carry as he produced the second-highest single-game rushing yardage total in program history. His three TDs were also a career high and all three came in the second half as APU trailed by only one score until the fourth quarter. With the Orediggers up 35-27, Zeman reeled off a 63-yard touchdown with 13:20 to go in the fourth, then added a one-yard plunge later in the period to seal the victory. - Rocky Mountain Football

Against the RMAC's #2-rated defense at 15.3 ppg in Fort Lewis, John Matocha accounted for 418 total yards and 6 touchdowns in Mines' 42-0 rout of the Skyhawks. Matocha completed the rare hat trick ā€“ 4 passing, 1 rushing, and 1 receiving touchdown ā€“ as he caught the game's opening score on a halfback option and never looked back.   OCT 14 RMAC OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: John Matocha of Colorado School of Mines has been named RMAC Offensive Player of the Week. He produced all four of Mines' touchdowns as they beat Western Colorado 28-0 to improve to 6-0. The freshman quarterback completed his first 14 passes on the way to a 32-of-40 (80%) performance throwing for 263 yards and two touchdowns; he also ran for two more scores on 52 yards rushing. Matocha's touchdown passes were strikes of 33 and 36 yards. Matocha outgained Western Colorado by himself, producing 315 total yards to the Mountaineers' 213. - Rocky Mountain Football

  OCT 7 RMAC OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Cameron Mayberry of Colorado School of Mines has been named RMAC Offensive Player of the Week. He ran all over Colorado Mesa in Mines' 56-20 win in Grand Junction, becoming the first Oredigger to surpass 4,000 career yards in the process. Mayberry ran 21 times for 192 yards and two touchdowns, averaging a very healthy 9.1 yards per carry. He scored on runs of 23 and 54 yards and caught one pass for two yards. He is the ninth player in RMAC history to rush for 4,000 career yards. - Rocky Mountain Football

  SEPT 23 RMAC OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: In only his second career start, freshman John Matocha of Colorado Mines earned his second-straight RMAC Offensive Player of the Week honor. He helped No. 17 defeat No. 9 CSU-Pueblo on the road, 24-14, with four total touchdowns to his credit. Matocha passed for 201 yards and three touchdowns and ran for another 97 yards and a score.   SEPT 16 RMAC OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Making his debut at quarterback as a true freshman, John Matocha of Colorado Mines had an incredibly efficient 20-for-22, 249-yard, 4-touchdown performance in Mines' 52-7 win over Black Hills State. Matocha had only one incompletion in each half as he threw for three touchdowns (25, 4, and 36 yards) and ran for a four-yard score of his own.
