  2019 ALL-GULF SOUTH CONFERENCE SECOND TEAM (COACHES): DB John McClure, Florida Tech, Sr., St. Louis, Mo.,...McClure rounds out the group and joins Cromwell as the fourth and fifth Panther defensive backs in program history to receive an All-GSC nod. A senior, McClure finished fifth in the league with 77 total tackles, the most by a safety in the GSC this season. The St. Louis, Missouri native ranked third in the conference with 54 solo stops while also collecting one forced fumble, one fumble recovery and two pass breakups. - Florida Tech Football

  2019 ALL-GULF SOUTH CONFERENCE SECOND TEAM (COACHES): DB Tyrone Cromwell, Florida Tech, Sr., Dundalk, Md.,...Cromwell is making his first appearance on the All-GSC teams. The senior was one of the top cover corners in the league this season. He posted 31 tackles this year and led the league with 15 pass breakups. The Dundalk, Maryland native ranked second in the league in total passes defended (18) and fourth with three interceptions this season, including one he took back 96-yards for a score for the second-longest defensive touchdown in program history. - Florida Tech Football

This season, the redshirt-junior of Tamarac, Florida served as the lead blocking tight end for Tech's running game. The senior, who had just three receptions for 26 yards prior to this year, hauled in 36 passes for 601 yards and two touchdowns in 2019.   SEPT 30 GULF SOUTH OFFENSIVE PLAYER & FRESHMAN OF THE WEEK: Mike Diliello, Florida Tech,...Passing Yards: 227, Rushing Yards: 94, Total Touchdowns: 4,...In a big win over perennial GSC power West Georgia, freshman quarterback Mike Diliello shined for the Panthers. He threw for 227 yards and a pair of touchdowns, while running for 94 yards and a two more scores. This is the second straight week that Diliello has been named GSC Freshman of the Week and his first career GSC Offensive Player of the Week honor.   SEPT 23/WEEK 3 GULF SOUTH FRESHMAN OF THE WEEK: Mike DiLiello, Florida Tech,...Passing Yards: 309, Total Touchdowns: 3, Interceptions: 0,...DiLiello was impressive for the Panthers in the first start of his career. The freshman quarterback opened up GSC play with 309 yards through the air and two touchdowns. He also ran for 20 yards and a scored a touchdown on the ground. It was his fourth rushing touchdown of the season. He is the first Florida Tech player to win this award since Antwuan Haynes in 2015. - Gulf South Football

  2019 PRESEASON GULF SOUTH CONFERENCE FIRST TEAM: DB John McClure, Florida Tech, Sr.,...McClure played in all 12 games during the 2018 season and finished fourth on the team with 48 tackles. Last year, the St. Louis, Missouri product set a school record and was tied for second in the GSC with four interceptions.
