  NOV 4 BIG SKY FOOTBALL DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Northern Colorado cornerback Michael Walker played a key role in Northern Colorado's 26-20 win at Idaho State - the first since 2009. He made his presence known on the first play he was on the field when he forced a fumble setting up UNC's first touchdown of the game. The senior went on to record a 35-yard pick-six at the start of the second half to put UNC up 18-10. The second interception came in the fourth quarter when he picked off the ball at the two-yard line with Idaho State threatening to score. The interception helped UNC hold onto their 26-20 lead. Walker also had a pass breakup and three tackles.
