South Carolina is losing another athlete to the transfer portal. Less than an hour after quarterback Jason Brown announced his intention to transfer from USC, a school spokesperson confirmed that tight end Keveon Mullins has entered his name into the transfer portal. David Cloninger of the Post and Courier first reported the news. Mullins was a four-star prospect in the class of 2019 out of Memphis, Tennessee. He was rated the No. 315 player in the class and the No. 18 athlete. The former Whitehaven High School standout had yet to really break into South Carolina's rotation at tight end since arriving in Columbia, but had shown flashes after shifting from receiver to tight end in the spring of 2020. Mullins recorded three catches for 110 yards last season. However, he did not record a single catch this year and appeared in just one game for the Gamecocks. - Rock Hill Herald
