  The first Louisville football game of the 2021 season will be played in primetime on national TV for the entire college football world to see. Louisville's season opener against Ole Miss will be played at 8 p.m. ET on Sept. 6 in Mercedes Benz Stadium in Atlanta and will be televised on ESPN. The Ole Miss-Louisville game will be the only FBS game played on Labor Day. This will be the first ever meeting between Ole Miss and Louisville. The game is part of the Chick-fil-A Kickoff, which will also include a game between Alabama and Miami on Sept. 4. - Courier Journal
