  Draft Scout by Conference

Alabama's longest-tenured player will not be extending his college career for another year. Crimson Tide linebacker Joshua McMillon, who spent the 2020 season as a sixth-year graduate student, announced Monday evening on Twitter that he would be entering the upcoming NFL draft: McMillon told AL.com's Michael Casagrande in September that he was keeping his options open for a seventh season in 2021 that would have been made possible by the NCAA's blanket eligibility waiver. Fifth-year center Chris Owens last week became the first Alabama senior to take advantage of the extra year of eligibility. The Memphis native redshirted in 2015 and was approved for another redshirt in 2019 after tearing his ACL during preseason camp. He was slated for a starting role before the injury. - Birmingham News
