  2020 PRESEASON WALTER CAMP FIRST TEAM ALL-AMERICAN: WR Ja'Marr Chase, LSU,...Chase set the Southeastern Conference record for touchdown receptions last year with 20 as he helped the Tigers to a 15-0 overall record and the national title. Chase capped his record-setting sophomore season with 84 reception for 1,780 yards. Chase is the first player in in LSU history to reach the 2,000-yard mark for receiving yards in his first two years with the Tigers. Chase, the 2019 winner of the Biletnikoff Award as the nation's top receiver, was a unanimous All-America last year becoming the first wide receiver in school history to earn that status. He was a consensus All-America selection and played a vital role in LSU having the most dominant season in college football history, going 15-0 and capturing the national title with a win over Clemson in the CFP National Championship Game.   2020 WUERFFEL TROPHY PRESEASON WATCH LIST: JaCoby Stevens, LSU, senior, defensive back,...Stevens, a senior from Murfreesboro, Tenn., earned second team All-SEC honors in 2019 as well as being named the SEC Defensive Player of the Week three times. He's LSU's top returning tackler from a year ago as he recorded 92 tackles to go along with 9.0 tackles for loss, 5.0 sacks and three interceptions. In the classroom, Stevens is scheduled to graduate in December with a degree in sports administration.

Off the field, Stevens has been active in many community service events in the Baton Rouge area and most recently Initiated and organized the register to vote campaign for the LSU football team that saw 100 percent of the Tigers register to vote as a result of this campaign. He's also participated in Strong Men Academy, an organization that works with middle school and high school at-risk kids in Baton Rouge area and he helped prepare for the arrival of Tropical Storm Cristobal in spring of 2020 by spending a day filling sand bags. - LSU Football
