TCU Football   SEPT 22 IVY LEAGUE OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Jaden Craig, Harvard,...A native of Montclair, Craig completed 24 of his 31 pass attempts for 317 yards and a career-high-matching four touchdowns (21 yards, 16 yards, 44 yards, 1 yard) against a Bears defense that allowed zero points the week before. His passing yardage and completion total, meanwhile, were season bests.   Ohio State Football   No. 10 Alabama will be without starting outside linebacker Qua Russaw for "an extended period" with a broken foot, coach Kalen DeBoer said Monday. The sophomore suffered the injury early in a 24-21 win at Georgia on Saturday and was scheduled for surgery this week. He played just eight snaps against the Bulldogs, according to Pro Football Focus. "He won't be out for the season, but it will be an extended period of time," DeBoer said.

Compounding injury issues at the position, senior linebacker Jah-Marien Latham has been ruled out for the remainder of the season. Latham, who was in his sixth and final year of college eligibility, suffered a neck injury in practice last week. It's unclear if he will pursue a medical redshirt, DeBoer said. "Jah-Marien will recover fully," DeBoer said. "That's the main thing in the big picture of everything. But unfortunately won't be back this season." The expectation now is that sophomore Yhonzae Pierre will start at home against 16th-ranked Vanderbilt on Saturday. He has been a productive rotational player through four games, ranking second on the team in tackles for loss and recording four tackles against Georgia. - AP College Football

The graduate signal caller accounted for five of the Dukes' scores after he threw for three touchdowns and rushed for two more. It marked Ridell's second five-touchdown outing this season as earlier this month, the Floridian threw for five scores against Lincoln on Sept. 6. Against the Chargers, he completed 15-of-23 passes for 201 yards and zero picks while adding a career-high 63 rushing yards on eight carries.

After New Haven opened the game with a score, Riddell connected with Joey Isabella on three consecutive drives for touchdown passes of two, six and 61 yards to make it a 28-6 lead in the third quarter. It marked his third game this season - and ninth of his career that also features stops at Gardner-Webb and ETSU - with three-or-more touchdown passes. Later in the game, he padded Duquesne's lead with touchdown runs of 10 and eight yards. Averaging 171.4 passing yards per game, Riddell is second in the NEC with 11 touchdown passes.
