Oregon is getting a safety back from the transfer portal. Sophomore Daymon David, who entered the transfer portal in May, has chosen to return to the Ducks, according to Noles247.com. David didn't immediately respond to a message to confirm his return to UO. He had three tackles while playing in nine games last season. The Baltimore, Md. native has three years of eligibility remaining. David's return gives Oregon 87 projected scholarship players in the fall, including eight safeties. - The Oregonian
