  WEEK 4 FCS NATIONAL SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Andrew Lastovka, Youngstown State, PK, Jr., 5-8, 170,...Lastovka was clutch once again while lifting Youngstown State past Towson 31-28. He tied the game at 28 with a 48-yard field goal with 1:37 left, then, after the Penguins got the ball back, drilled a 42-yarder as time expired - his second career walk-off field goal. He also kicked a 27-yard field goal in the third quarter and made his two extra-point attempts for 11 points. Lastovka is the Penguins' third different national player of the week this season (Beau Brungard, offense, and Dathan Hickey, defense).
