  Draft Scout by Conference

The first departure from Ohio State football's roster in 2020 comes from the touted group of freshman receivers. Mookie Cooper entered his name in the transfer portal, per 247 Sports' Chris Hummer. The four-star prospect was ranked No. 93 in the national composite for the 2020 class. Cooper, a St. Louis native, did not play as a freshman. That was not unexpected because he did not play during his senior year of high school due to an eligibility/transfer issue. He will have four years of eligibility at whatever program he joins. - Cleveland Plain Dealer
