Snyder is preparing for his fifth active season at San Jose State and is the team's most experienced player with 45 games played and 40 starts. San Jose State University offensive tackle Jack Snyder is the first Spartan named an Outland Trophy watch list in more than 20 years. Presented since 1946, the annual award recognizes the most outstanding interior offensive lineman on either side of the football. Defensive ends are not eligible for this national award. Snyder, now in his sixth season with the Spartans, has started 40 games since the 2017 season.
