  Former Louisville cornerback Marqui Lowery Jr. announced via Twitter on Saturday he has committed to the Spartans. He was part of the Cardinals' 2020 recruiting class but did not play last fall. The 6-foot, 168-pound native of Charlotte, North Carolina, was a 3-star prospect out of Zebulon Vance High according to 247Sports.com's composite rankings.
