  OCT 21 BIG SOUTH DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Campbell linebacker Justice Galloway-Velazquez (Fayetteville, N.C.) collected 10 tackles in Campbell's 31-16 win over Hampton, in addition to a pass break-up and blocked PAT. He ended a pair of drives with a pass break-up on 3rd-and-9, and combined on a 4th-and-2 stop that gave the Camels the ball on downs. Five of Galloway-Velazquez's tackles forced third down situations, while another led to a fourth down play. Six of his stops limited Hampton to one or no yards gained. His quarterback pressure forced an interception on the play, four of his stops forced third downs, another two forced fourth downs, and a fifth was on a 4th-and-7 situation that resulted in a turnover on downs.   SEPT 30/WEEK 5 BIG SKY OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Campbell wide receiver Davarius Bargnare (Orlando, Fla.) caught a season-high five passes for 121 yards and a touchdown in Campbell's 34-27 road win at Mercer. His 76-yard third quarter touchdown scamper gave the Camels' a 20-13 lead, which answered Mercer's game-tying score the previous possession. Bargnare also had first down receptions of 19 and 16 yards in recording Campbell's first 100-yard receiving day of the season.   SEPT 30/WEEK 5 BIG SKY DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Campbell defensive back Kam Prewitt (Birmingham, Ala.) returned an interception 44 yards for a touchdown at Mercer, and added two tackles and two pass break-ups in the Camels' seven-point victory. His pick-six was on a 3rd-and-21 play in the second quarter that put Campbell ahead, 13-0.   SEPT 23/WEEK 4 BIG SOUTH SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Campbell kicker Colin Gary (Carrollton, Va.) made the game-winning 50-yard field goal as time expired to lift Campbell to a 31-29 win over Davidson. It was the longest field goal in school history, and bettered his previous career long by 13 yards. Gary was also 4-of-4 on PAT attempts and finished with seven points.   Colin Gary kicked a 50-yard field goal with six seconds left to lift Campbell past previously unbeaten Davidson, 31-29 in a nonconference game on Saturday night. Tyler Phelps hit Jalen Staples with a 19-yard touchdown pass with :23 left in the game and Pat Tabor ran for the two-point conversion to put Davidson on front, 29-28. Starting at their own 38 with :23 left the Camels moved 29 yards, with an assist from a costly 10-yard Davidson holding penalty, to set up the game-winning field goal.

Hajj-Malik Williams threw 42-yards to Jalen Kelsey for a touchdown to give Campbell (2-1) a 28-14 lead with 5:17 left. Eli Turner capped an eight play, 72-yard drive with 2:43 left and, after holding the Camels to a three-and-out, moved 84 yards in three plays to put the Wildcats (3-1) in front. Williams threw for 236 yards and three touchdowns for Campbell on 17-of-25 passing. Jorell Story carried 15 times for 127 yards and a touchdown and Wesley Duggar added 20 carries for 108 yards as Davidson ran for 413 yards. - AP College Football
