  Draft Scout by Conference

Joe Milton has reportedly found a new home, and it's in the Southeastern Conference. The former Michigan quarterback is planning to transfer to the University of Tennessee this summer, according to a report Monday by Rocky Top Insider, a website devoted to covering the Volunteers, citing multiple unidentified sources. Milton has not yet announced the move, but a Joe Milton is currently listed in the school's online directory. He is on track to graduate from the University of Michigan next month. The 6-foot-5, 243-pound quarterback entered his name into the NCAA's transfer portal in February, setting in motion his plan to depart Michigan. Milton appeared in 14 games for the Wolverines over three seasons, going from scout team quarterback to third on the depth chart to starter in 2020. In five starts, Milton completed 57 percent of his passes for 1,077 yards and four touchdowns. But he also threw four interceptions and regressed in his final three starts, leading to a change in quarterback against Penn State, in what turned out to be Michigan's regular-season finale. - Ann Arbor News
