2020 PATRICK MANNELLY AWARD SEMIFINALIST: Cal Adomitis, Pittsburgh,...Adomitis, a Pittsburgh native and product of Pittsburgh Central Catholic High School, has excelled in his long-snapping duties for the Panthers for four consecutive seasons. He combines precision snapping with excellent effort in coverage, resulting in 11 career tackles on opposing punt returns. When Pitt faces Georgia Tech in its regular-season finale on Thursday night in Atlanta, Adomitis is expected to make his 50th consecutive appearance for the Panthers.

A former walk-on, Adomitis won the starting long snapper job for the Panthers as a true freshman in 2017 and earned a football scholarship ahead of the 2018 season. Since then, his snapping consistency on both placements and punts, along with his outstanding coverage abilities, have resulted in him becoming a popular and respected figure amongst his teammates, coaches and Pitt fans. - Pittsburgh Football
