OCT 3 CAA FOOTBALL ROOKIE OF THE WEEK: Johncarlos Miller II, Fr., TE, Elon (Greensboro, N.C./Dudley),...Miller delivered two big plays that helped #23 Elon earn a 30-27 double-overtime win over #17 Richmond. The freshman tight end blocked a Spiders' fiel d goal late in the second quarter with the game tied at 14-14. He then caught a 25-yard touchdown pass that gave the Phoenix a 24-17 advantage in the first overtime. It was the first TD catch of Miller's career. - CAA Football
