2019 ALL-CONFERENCE USA SECOND TEAM (COACHES): P Chris Barnes, Gr., Rice,...Barnes made the most of the opportunity to return to Rice for an additional season and replace 2018 with C-USA Special Teams Player of the Year Jack Fox. Prior to the season, Bar nes was selected as a co-captain by his teammates and went on to finish second in C-USA with a 44.8 yard average on 35 punts, which ranks sixth in school history.
