He finished second on the team with 464 rushing yards to go along with five touchdowns. OCT 28 GULF SOUTH OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Jordan Wright, Mississippi College, Rushing Yards: 127, Yards Per Rush: 7.1, Touchdowns: 2,...Notes: Wright rushed for 127 yards on 18 carries with two touchdowns in a 41-20 victory over Shorter. The yardag e total is a season-high for a Choctaw in 2019. He averaged 7.1 yards per carry and had touchdown runs of 30 and 20 yards in the contest. He contributed to a season-high 395 yards rushing for MC. He is first Choctaw to win this award since Donnie Ashley in 1994.
