  Zach Osborne accounted for four touchdowns, two of them on throws to Matt Fogler, and Colgate defeated Bucknell 38-19 on Saturday. Osborne opened the game with a 67-yard touchdown connection to Reed Swanson, before finding Fogler for a 37-yarder later in the quarter. The pair connected again on a 39-yard strike at the two-minute mark of the first half. Fogler, a freshman, had four catches for 87 yards and finished with seven touchdown catches over his final four games.

Osborne scrambled for another score early in the third quarter. He was 13-of-25 passing for 244 yards with an interception for the Raiders (5-7, 3-4 Patriot League), to go with 60 rushing yards. Marco Maldonado had the final score of the day for the Raiders, a 28-yard carry with 3:15 left in the fourth. He led with 120 rushing yards. Bucknell (5-7, 2-5) entered this game without starting quarterback Ralph Rucker IV, who was injured in their previous game. He broke the school's single-season records for passing yards (2,826), completions (244) and touchdown passes (25). Three Bucknell players attempted passes, combining for only 69 yards.   Jake Stearney threw for 246 yards, Luke Vogeler kicked a 34-yard field goal in overtime and Colgate beat Merrimack 23-20 on Saturday in a non-conference matchup. Colgate's (4-5) Adam DeSantis intercepted Ayden Pereira on Merrimack's (3-6) second play of overtime to help set up Vogeler's game winner. Merrimack's Carlton Thai kicked a 47-yard field goal with 41 seconds left in regulation to tie the score at 20 apiece.

Danny Shaban put the Raiders ahead 20-17 on a 2-yard scoring run that ended a nine-play, 94-yard drive that lasted a little more than five minutes with 9:45 left to play. Reed Swanson caught five passes for 134 yards for Colgate which has won four of its last six. Pereira threw for 237 yards and was intercepted once. His 16-yard touchdown run with 8:02 left in the third tied the score at 10 apiece. Merrimack has lost three straight and four of its last five. - AP College Football

  Jake Stearney connected with Brendan Cassamajor with 2:35 remaining to complete Colgate's comeback against Holy Cross, 29-28 on Saturday. The Raiders (3-5, 2-2 Patriot League) trailed by 18 points in the third quarter after a 47-yard punt-return touchdown by Holy Cross' Max Mosey, but rallied late with 19 unanswered points to take the lead for the first time since the opening drive of the game. Stearney was 23-of-40 passing with 216 yards and two touchdowns and rushed for a score.

Danny Shaban racked up 93 rushing yards and a touchdown on 13 carries, and Reed Swanson had four catches for 39 yards and a touchdown. Trooper Price led with 15 tackles, one for a loss. Braden Graham and Lincoln Fisher connected twice for scores for the Crusaders (1-7, 1-2). Graham was 15-for-24 passing for 127 yards, and Lathan Croley had 15 total tackles. Colgate earned its first win against Holy Cross since Sept. 1, 2018. Holy Cross leads the series 45-37-5 since 1917. - AP College Football

  Zach Osborne passed for 219 yards and two touchdowns, Jake Stearney added 112 yards through the air and another score, and both quarterbacks ran for a touchdown in Colgate's 44-21 victory over Fordham on Saturday for Curt Fitzpatrick's first head coaching win with the Raiders. Colgate (1-3, 1-0 Patriot League), which ended last season on a five-game losing streak, won its first game since topping Georgetown on Oct. 19.

Cole Fulton rushed for a team-high 97 yards for Colgate, which won its Patriot League opener for the first time since 2021. Danny Shaban added a touchdown on the ground. Treyvhon Saunders passed Luke Graham (2005) for the most career receptions in program history with 222. Gunnar Smith threw for 213 yards and three touchdowns for Fordham (0-4, 0-1). He was also intercepted once. Colgate holds a 27-10 advantage in the head-to-head series with Fordham, with the two teams alternating wins in each of the last six seasons.
