 Hudson Altenburg, Davidson, Player News

WEEK 4 PFL DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Hudson Altenburg, Davidson (Freshman, Safety, Mount Dora, Florida),...Altenburg, making his first career start at safety, helped Davidson's defense set an early tone in a 48-0 victory against Greensboro College for the Wildcats' first win of the season. He recorded two interceptions on back-to-back Greensboro drives and both in Davidson territory. Altenburg's first interception came on Greensboro's first drive as they attempted to get into Davidson territory. His second came in the Davidson end zone to thwart a promising Greensboro drive and set up Davidson's second scoring drive. Altenburg also had four tackles (two solo). - Pioneer Football League
