  2021 ALL-MIAA FIRST-TEAM (COACHES): Wide Receiver - Cameron Saunders - Central Missouri,...Saunders, a redshirt senior from Orlando, Fla., led the Mules and the MIAA in receiving during the 2021 season, tallying 1,438 yards on 67 catches. He scored 10 touchdowns in his 11 contests and averaged 130.7 yards per game, 6.1 receptions per game and 21.5 yards per catch. He ends his UCM career with the third-most receiving yards in program history, compiling 1,316 yards through the air. - Central Missouri Football

He added eight tackles-for-loss for 35 yards and had 3.5 sacks for 19 yards. He was intercepted just seven times in UCM's 10 games. Twehous threw for conference-high 28 touchdowns and averaged 301.3 passing yards per game.   2019 AFCA DIVISION II COACHES' FIRST TEAM ALL-AMERICAN: TE Zach Davidson, R-Jr., Central Missouri,...Davidson becomes the 20th First Team AFCA All-American in team history and the third tight end. Three of the last five Mules First Team All-Americans have been at the tight end position. Davidson gives the Mules back-to-back-to-back First Team AFCA All-Americans for the first time since 2005-07. Davidson finished the year with 40 catches for 894 yards and 15 touchdowns. He is in the NCAA top-10 in yards per reception at 22.35 yards per catch. His 15 receiving touchdowns are currently sixth in the NCAA and are second all-time for a single-season in Mules history. Davidson caught four touchdown passes against Missouri Southern, tying a Mules single-game record. In 13 games, Davidson eclipsed 100 yards three times and caught a touchdown in nine games. This is Davidson's second All-American award and first as a tight end. In 2017, he was a Don Hansen Third Team All-American punter. - Central Missouri Football

  2019 AFCA DIVISION II COACHES' SECOND TEAM ALL-AMERICAN: QB Brook Bolles, R-Sr., Central Missouri,...Bolles earns his third All-American award and first of 2019 being placed on the AFCA Second Team. Bolles threw for 4,290 yards this season completing 235-of-419 passes with 42 touchdown passes. He is second in the NCAA in passing yards and passing touchdowns and those numbers put him second all-time in Mules history for a single season. Bolles also added 228 rushing yards and four scores on the ground.

His 18.26 yards per completion lead the nation and his 347.5 yards of total offense per game rank third in the country. In 12 games Bolles threw for more than 200 yards, he surpassed 300 yards in eight games and 400 yards in three. He set a new UCM record throwing for 506 yards in the Mules win at Missouri Western, the first 500-yard passing game in team history. Bolles is the first Mules quarterback to earn All-American awards in two different seasons and just the second ever named an All-American by the AFCA. - Central Missouri Football

  Central Missouri Mules Football won their first playoff game since 2010. The Mules got a lead in the second quarter and never looked back as they defeated the Greyhounds 37-27. The win is the Mules 11th for the season and they move on to round two of the NCAA Tournament. Brook Bolles completed 27-of-37 passes for 377 yards and three touchdowns. Zach Davidson added a score and 90 receiving yards on five catches. The Mules will travel to take on No. 1 seed Ferris State next Saturday, Nov. 30 in Big Rapids, Mich. As the No. 1 seed, Ferris State earned a bye in round one of the playoffs. - Central Missouri Football

  2019 ALL-MIAA THIRD TEAM (COACHES): Running Back and Kick/Punt Returner Devante Turner, Central Missouri,...Another Mule who's earned All-Conference honors at multiple positions. Devante Turner leads the Mules backfield with 900 rushing yards on 163 attempts. He's got 11 rushing touchdowns this season which is third in the MIAA. Turner is second in the league in all-purpose yards per game averaging 157.9 doing so as a rusher, pass catcher, and return man. Turner has three 100-yard rushing games this season and eight games with at least 100 all-purpose yards. Turner totaled 314 all-purpose yards against Central Oklahoma with 190 on the ground, 11 receiving and 113 return yards and was named the MIAA Offensive Player of the Week. Turner's returned 25 kicks this season for 561 yards, averaging 22.4 yards per return. He's also got four punt returns for 140 yards including an 87-yard return for a touchdown. This is Turner's third All-MIAA award as a running back and second as a return man. - Central Missouri Football

  2019 ALL-MIAA SECOND TEAM (COACHES): Defensive Back Codie Bell, Central Missouri,...Making the All-MIAA Team for the first time in his career is junior defensive back Codie Bell. Bell leads the Mules with 68 tackles and is in the top-20 in tackles per game with 6.8. Twice this season Bell has reached at least 10 tackles and 50 of his 68 have been of the solo variety. Bell has also played near the line of scrimmage with three tackles for loss and a quarterback sack. He's been involved in three turnovers, forcing a fumble and coming up with two interceptions. One of those he turned 58 yards to seal a win for the Mules at Emporia State. - Central Missouri Football

  2019 ALL-MIAA HONORABLE MENTION (COACHES): Cameron Saunders - WR,...Cameron Saunders has developed into another weapon for Brook Bolles and the Mules offense. This is his first season playing for UCM and he's burst onto the scene with 28 catches for 568 yards and seven touchdowns. Saunders is in the NCAA top-20 in yards-per-catch averaging 20.3. Twice this season Saunders has eclipsed 100 receiving yards and he ranks 13th in the MIAA in receiving yards. Saunders has also proved to come up big with the game on the line. Twice this season he's caught the game-winning pass in the game's final two minutes to defeat Fort Hays State and Nebraska-Kearney. - Central Missouri Football
