  NOV 10 WALTER CAMP NATIONAL FBS DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: ANTOINE WINFIELD, JR., Redshirt Sophomore, Defensive Back, The Woodlands, TX/The Woodlands,...Antoine Winfield posted 11 tackles (9 solo) and made two key interceptions as 13th-ranked Minnesota defeated fourth-ranked Penn State, 31-26. With the victory, Minnesota improved to 9-0, 6-0 in the Big Ten. It was the Gophers' first win at home over a top-five team since a shutout of No. 1 Michigan in 1977. Notes: Antoine Winfield is the second Minnesota player to earn Walter Camp National Player of the Week honors since 2004, joining former Gopher linebacker Nate Triplett (Sept. 13, 2009). - Walter Camp Football Foundation
