Daniel Santacaterina threw three touchdown passes to lead Southeast Missouri State to a 24-21 victory over No. 16 Jacksonville State on Saturday. It was Southeast Missouri State's first win at Jacksonville, Alabama, since 1991, when it entered Division I play. The Redhawks had just one road win in 11 games against the Gamecocks -- a 24-0 victory in 1964. Santacaterina tossed an 80-yard touchdown pass to Kristian Wilkerson that stretched the Redhawks (4-3, 2-1 Ohio Valley Conference) lead to 17-7 with 4:21 to play. The Gamecocks (5-3, 2-2) answered two minutes later on Zerrick Cooper's 8-yard TD pass to Jamari Hester.

SEMO recovered the ensuing onside kick and scored three plays later on Santacaterina's 38-yard touchdown pass to Aaron Alston. Alston caught the ball around the Gamecocks 15 and beat two defenders into the end zone. Cooper threw a 7-yard touchdown pass to Ahmad Edwards with seven seconds to play. Santacaterina was 12 of 28 for 220 yards passing. Wilkerson caught three passes, two for scores, and finished with 129 yards receiving. - AP College Football
