With two seconds remaining in the game and facing fourth down on the Michigan 16-yard line, Iowa quarterback Hank Brown hit Reece Vander Zee in the front corner of the endzone to give Iowa a 20-19 win over Michigan at the Big House. The win moved Iowa up to No. 14 in this week's US LBM Coaches Poll, while the Wolverines dropped to No. 24. The Hawkeyes are 4-0 to start the season for the first time since 2021. Texas held on for a 20-17 victory over then-No. 13 Tennessee in Knoxville and still sits No. 1 with 45 first-place votes. The Volunteers fell to No. 17. Georgia and Notre Dame remain 2 and 3, but Miami (Fla.) and Indiana flipped spots with the Hurricanes at No. 4 and the Hoosiers at No. 5. Florida's dominant win over then-No. 6 Ole Miss, 52-28, caused the Gators to jump 14 spots to No. 8 while the Rebels fell to No. 12. - American Football Coaches Association
