Converting on all but one of his six field goal attempts, the redshirt senior accounted for all 15 points of his team 's points in a game that saw the Red Flash come painstakingly close to scoring their first win of the season. A product of Lebanon, PA, Plummer split the uprights from 28, 34 and 26 yards in the first half to send Saint Francis into the locker room with a halftime lead of 9-0. Following a 10-0 Mercyhurst run in the third quarter, Plummer, whose lone misfire came on a blocked field goal in the opening minutes of the fourth, bounced back and put his team back in front with consecutive conversions from 20 and 25 yards at 1:50 and 1:07, respectively. The Lakers spoiled the redshirt senior's heroics, though, as a 15-yard touchdown throw with just 20 seconds remaining secured the win for the visiting squad. His five field goals were the most by a player in t he nation this season. In addition, of the eight place kickers in the FCS that have drilled four field goals in a game, Plummer is the only one to have accounted for all of his team's points.
