Florida State receiver Johnny Wilson is returning to the football program in 2023, giving the Seminoles another crucial piece from their 10-win season. The Battle's End Collective welcomed Wilson to its team of FSU athletes Friday afternoon, signifying the 6-foot-7, 235-pound receiver would be back for his second season in Tallahassee. He appeared in all 13 games, leading the team in receptions (43), receiving yards (897) and receiving touchdowns (5). His performance earned him second-team All-ACC. Wilson set an FSU bowl record and a Cheez-It Bowl record with a career-high 202 receiving yards against Oklahoma, highlighted by a 58-yard catch that set up the winning field goal in the closing minutes. - Orlando Sentinel
