  SEPT 23/WEEK 4 BIG SOUTH OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Kennesaw State running back Bronson Rechsteiner (Acworth, Ga.) rushed 10 times for a program-record 221 yards and scored the go-ahead touchdown in KSU's 35-24 win at Missouri State. He set the Big South single-game record for rushing yards per carry (22.1), and put the Owls ahead 21-16 with an 85-yard TD run at 9:55 in the third quarter. Rechsteiner's next attempt was a 64-yard gain that led to another KSU touchdown, and he later amassed 56 of KSU's 80 yards on the squad's final scoring drive of the day. Also nominated for Offensive Player of the Week: Caleb Snead (Campbell), Kameron Brown (Charleston Southern), Jadakis Bonds (Hampton) and Kenji Bahar (Monmouth). - Big South Football
