NOV 28 CONFERENCE USA DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Middle Tennessee DB Jakobe Thomas made the two biggest defensive plays of the game against FIU. Down one with less than three minutes to play, Thomas stepped in front of an FIU pass and returned it 28 yards for his first collegiate touchdown to put the Blue Raiders ahead for good. Then on FIU's last possession after reaching the MTSU 22-yard line, Thomas came up with his second interception of the game to seal the win. - Conference USA Football
