  Draft Scout by Conference

Among the more highly touted running back recruits in recent memory, Evans originally signed with Georgia before some off-field concerns moved the Bulldogs to cut ties with him before he arrived on campus in Athens. The Houston native instead landed at TCU, where he averaged 7.3 yards per carry and scored nine touchdowns in 15 games the last two seasons before transferring to Ole Miss. Evans (6-0, 215) is expected to carry the running game load for the Rebels after top rushers Jerrion Ealy and Snoop Conner left for the NFL and Henry Parrish transferred to Miami. - Birmingham News
