Draft Scout College Football Player News

NFL teams typically value younger running backs over more experienced options given worries over wear and tear. Even so, UCLA running back Zach Charbonnet could follow in the mold of Najee Harris, who put quality junior and senior seasons at Alabama together to vault into the 2021 NFL Draft's first round. Charbonnet is built like a tank at 6-foot-1, 220 pounds, but his size does not limit his speed and agility. He is just as comfortable running around tackles as he is through, and has handled his collegiate workload thus far without major injury. That versatility and durability should make him an enticing prospect. -
