Former Georgia Tech wide receiver Adonicas Sanders is bound for Temple. Sanders, who went into the transfer portal in January, announced his commitment to Temple on Friday. Sanders had his best season in a Yellow Jackets uniform in 2021, when he caught 29 passes for 362 yards (both fourth highest on the team) with three touchdown receptions. A 2017 signee out of North Charleston, S.C., it was his fourth season on the field. For his career, he caught 65 passes for 834 yards and four touchdowns. He played in 35 games and started 14 times, including six starts in 2021. He particularly made his mark as a perimeter blocker and with his ability to break tackles after the catch. Temple could provide the opportunity for him to be featured more as a pass catcher. He has one season of eligibility remaining. - Atlanta Journal Constitution
