  2021 ALL-BIG SOUTH CONFERENCE SECOND-TEAM (COCHES/MEDIA): LB - Jamar Shegog, R-Soph., Robert Morris,...Shegog, a native of Pittsburgh, Pa., played in all 10 games for the Colonials in 2021, leading RMU in tackles with 78, including 41 solo stops. He also registered nine tackles for loss, including two and-a-half sacks. Twice during the season Shegog recorded a double-digit tackle effort, including a career-high 18 stops in RMU's season opener @ Central Michigan (9/11). He also notched 10 tackles @ North Alabama (11/6). Shegog finished the regular season ranked fifth in the Big South in tackles per game (7.8), an average that was tops among league linebackers. In 14 career games with the Colonials, Shegog has amassed 107 tackles, an average of 7.64 per contest, including 54 solo takedowns. - Robert Morris Football
