  Mississippi State was picked by Southeastern Conference media to finish last in the SEC West, it was announced Friday morning. The Bulldogs, who finished 4-7 last season, were edged by Arkansas for the No. 6 spot in the division. The Razorbacks received 241 voting points, awarded on a 7-6-5-4-3-2-1 scale; MSU received 217. Offensive lineman Charles Cross was the Bulldogs' lone representative on the all-SEC teams, also announced Friday. Cross made the all-SEC third team, while no other MSU players cracked the list on offense, defense or special teams. - The Dispatch
