  Draft Scout by Conference

Over the course of 24 hours, Missouri football landed two commitments from the transfer portal who are both eligible to play starting this fall. First to commit was offensive lineman Connor Wood on Thursday, who played for two seasons at FCS-level Montana State, including as an All-American honorable mention in 2019. Soon after Wood's commitment, Missouri head football coach Eli Drinkwitz posted two of his signature MU bat signal tweets, signaling another player was about to enter the Tigers' fold. Around that time, former Tulsa defensive back Akayleb Evans posted on Instagram a 24-hour countdown clock to his commitment. Evans had listed his top-five destinations as Missouri, Notre Dame, Texas, Texas Tech and Jackson State, taking visits with the Fighting Irish and MU since. - Columbia Daily Tribune
