Tommy Doyle, a five-year member of the Miami University football program, was selected in the fifth round of the 2021 NFL Draft by the Buffalo Bills. He was the 161st overall pick in this year's draft and is the last offensive lineman drafted from Miami since Brandon Brooks was taken in the third round of the 2012 Draft by the Houston Texans. Doyle is a two-time first-team All-MAC performer with expertise at both tackle positions. He started 16 games at left tackle during both the 2019 and 2020 seasons and has 14 starts at right tackle from 2017-18. He also earned Academic All-MAC in 2019 and 2020. In 2019, Doyle was part of an offensive line that allowed just 26 sacks in 14 games and as the RedHawks went on to win its first MAC Championship since 2010. That same year Doyle was named the team's Offensive Power Player of the Year. - Miami OH Football
