Police searched University of Oklahoma wide receiver Trejan Bridges' apartment while investigating an alleged armed robbery and reported finding a .45-caliber Glock handgun and "a bag of green substance appearing to be marijuana." Police also reported finding a large clear baggie of the green substance in a car he was driving. Police conducted the searches after a 911 caller reported Bridges, running back Seth McGowan and another male robbed him of marijuana at his Norman apartment the night of April 15.

No charges have been filed and police are still investigating. Both Bridges, 20, and McGowan, 19, deny the accusations. The victim said Bridges pointed a handgun at him and threatened to kill him during the robbery, a police detective told a judge in requests to do the searches. The victim also said he was beaten. Police questioned Bridges later that night and he stated he "had nothing to do with this incident," the detective reported. OU suspended Bridges and McGowan in April, according to multiple media reports, although the university did not identify the athletes. - Daily Oklahoman
