  Draft Scout by Conference

The former four-star prospect from Florida got off to a promising start in 2020 in his first year as the starter but stumbled down the stretch. He was replaced by Cade McNamara in Michigan's comeback victory against Rutgers in the fifth game of the season and lost the starting job Week 6 against Penn State. All four of Milton's touchdown passes came during the first three games, while he completed fewer than 50% of his passes in each of the last three, albeit he only threw three against the Nittany Lions in relief. Despite featuring a 6-foot-5, 243-pound frame with immense arm strength, Milton never hit his stride in Michigan's offense. With McNamara returning and the arrival of five-star freshman J.J. McCarthy, Milton entered the portal Feb. 18. He has three years of eligibility remaining but has not yet announced his new destination. - Ann Arbor News
