  Draft Scout by Conference

Speculation Penn State could lose its most exciting offensive player to the NFL Draft ran rampant late this season. Jahan Dotson ended it Thursday. The all-Big Ten receiver announced he will to return to Happy Valley for his fourth season in the fall, looking to build off a breakout junior campaign and author a successful final chapter of his collegiate career. "I'll be back in 2021 to give y'all the summary," Dotson posted on Twitter.

Dotson was easily Penn State's most potent offensive weapon last season, when he caught 52 passes for 884 yards and eight touchdowns. He averaged 17 yards per catch, had five 100-yard receiving outputs in nine games and earned third-team all-conference honors. The junior saved his best performances for Penn State's biggest opponents. He caught three touchdown passes Oct. 31 against Ohio State; had eight catches for 139 yards against Iowa; and closed out the season with a 189-yard, two-touchdown effort against Illinois that also featured a 50-yard punt return. - Tribune Review
