  Draft Scout by Conference

One of Penn State's star players from last year is returning for another college football season. Receiver/returner Jahan Dotson announced on Thursday that he will not leave school early to enter the 2021 NFL Draft and will instead stay with the Lions for a fourth season in State College. Offensive coordinator Kirk Ciarrocca and special teams coordinator Joe Lorig must both be thrilled, as Dotson finished with 52 receptions for a Big Ten-best 884 yards and eight touchdowns in addition to a punt return score plus a few other strong efforts in that department. - Penn Live
