  01/06/21 - QB Tucker Gleason, rSr/2026, Toledo

  Former Georgia Tech quarterback Tucker Gleason, who placed his name into the transfer portal in mid-December, has announced his transfer to Toledo. Gleason, a freshman, played in two games this season behind starter Jeff Sims. Gleason was the first prospect to announce his commitment to Tech in March 2019, as a high-school junior. Gleason will step into a situation where the starter (Eli Peters, who coincidentally is a graduate of Jeff Sims' alma mater, Sandalwood High in Jacksonville, Fla.) finished his senior season and his backup, Carter Bradley, finished his sophomore season. - Atlanta Journal Constitution
