  12/28/20 - OG Tyler WittrSr/2022, Purdue

The process of adding new faces to Purdue's football program began Sunday. Western Kentucky offensive lineman Tyler Witt announced he'll play his final season of eligibility with the Boilermakers. The Hilltoppers finished their season Saturday with a loss to Georgia State in the LendingTree.com Bowl. Witt, who entered the transfer portal earlier this month, did play in the bowl game. It was his 43rd start - and 50th career game - for the Hilltoppers, including 12 at left guard this season. He's coming to Purdue as a graduate transfer. The 6-foot-2, 305-pound Witt was recruited by Purdue coach Jeff Brohm, whose final season at Western Kentucky was in 2016. Witt, who attended Joliet Catholic High School in Illinois, redshirted that season. - Journal and Courier
