Coach Jim Harbaugh said Monday that Michigan's standout defensive end suffered a fracture in his right leg against Indiana and will require surgery, putting him out of action for the foreseeable future. Hutchinson has been one of the Wolverines' most productive defensive players the past two seasons and won't easily be replaced. Redshirt sophomore Taylor Upshaw and redshirt junior Luiji Vilain saw an increased role after Hutchinson departed early in Saturday's game. Fellow starting end Kwity Paye also limped off the field in the second half Saturday and did not return, so Michigan could be without both starters against Wisconsin. - Ann Arbor News
