Draft Scout College Football Player News

The Sun Devils officially kicked off practice on Wednesday night and the session ran for two hours and 20 minutes, about 10 minutes longer than expected. Senior Cohl Cabral moved from center to left tackle, replacing senior Zach Robertson, the projected starter there, and Edwards confirmed that the move wasn't just for the night. Robertson will be out for at least the near future and Edwards conceded he could miss games while dealing with "personal matters." "When he's ready to come back we'll get him back but right now he could be out awhile," Edwards said.

Cabral is considered an NFL prospect at center and returned to ASU for his senior season rather than declare for the NFL draft, hoping to improve his stock at that position. The position is not unfamiliar to Cabral however. He did play left tackle before moving to center last season and offensive line coach Dave Christensen says Cabral has the athleticism and agility to play every position on the line. - Arizona Republic
